  • A 60 minute session, plus 30 minutes of supportive time before or after — whether you want me to review copy or branding materials before we meet, or help with some post-session guidance.

    You also get access to my Client Resource Library, which contains helpful links and a wealth of supportive materials, like content planners and SEO guides.

  • It really depends on what you need help with! Please fill out the booking questionnaire fully and thoughtfully so I can prepare for our meeting. If you need help with something more involved than we can handle in an hour, I’ll let you know. You’re welcome to book a follow-up session at any time.

  • I’m on the East Coast of the US, so all booking time zones are based on that (GMT -5). If you are outside the US and scheduling is a concern, please send me an email at shayna@shaynablank.com.

  • Yes, but it depends. General design help, website strategy, and anything content related are usually cross-platform topics. For hands-on assistance and custom code, I work with Squarespace only.
